2. Services

GrandChase provides digital banking services including but not limited to: personal and business accounts, deposits, withdrawals, domestic and international transfers, card services, loans, and related financial products. Availability of services may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulatory approval.

  • We may partner with third-party payment processors and banking partners to deliver services.
  • All services are subject to our policies, KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, and applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use many of our services you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Comply with all required identity verification and documentation requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms or suspicious activity.

4. Fees & Charges

Fees for services (including transfer fees, card fees, FX fees, and loan interest) are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for paying all fees and charges incurred on your account.

We will notify you of material fee changes in accordance with applicable law.

5. Transfers & Payments

When you initiate transfers or payments through GrandChase:

  • Transfers are subject to validation, available balance, and any regulatory controls. Some transfers may require additional verification.
  • International transfers may incur currency conversion and intermediary bank fees; delivery times vary by destination and bank.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to execute instructions accurately and promptly but are not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties.

6. Security & Privacy

We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure storage, monitoring) to protect your data and funds. However, no system is 100% secure — you also have responsibilities:

  • Keep your passwords and devices secure; do not share credentials.
  • Enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Report suspected fraud immediately.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using our services you consent to the processing described in that policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrandChase, its affiliates and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of services. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD 5,000 (or local currency equivalent), except where prohibited by law.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrandChase is registered. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting our support. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts or through arbitration as described in this section (check local regulations).

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms to reflect changes in the law, regulatory requirements, or our services. We will provide notice of material changes; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
